When participating in the Business Simracing Championships, you have to create your corporate team composed of employees. You will need a minimum of three drivers, but we encourage involving as many people as possible in the form of reserve drivers, team manager, and race engineers.  

The first driver is responsible for qualifying, determining the starting position for the first race. The other two drivers compete in two races, earning points for the team. Reserve drivers are ready for substitution or support if needed.The roles of team manager and race engineer complement the team's strategy and organization, creating a cohesive and effective team.
